Novara Philosophy
Novara Clinical Research is proud to be a little bit different than other dedicated clinical research sites, with staff who are very experienced in producing clean data for the bio-pharmaceutical and device industries. Our difference is evident in the underlying principles that shape the way we work.

1. Physician Involvement, Every Study, Every Visit
Our physician investigators take their FDA-mandated responsibility for the clinical trial and the health and well-being of all study participants very seriously. Our physicians meet with study participants at every study visit, whether or not physician required procedures are protocol specified. This communicates our concern for the study participant’s well-being and the close monitoring of subject safety. It’s better for the subjects and results in higher study retention rates. And, that’s better for the sponsors.

2. Professionalism with a Personal Touch
Our staff members are experienced clinical research professionals. But don’t think that means we move a high volume of study participants through our office like a factory. From our beautifully appointed waiting room, to the coffee and snacks, our study participants and sponsor representatives know this is an organization that cares about our participants and cares about the quality of data we collect. An example of our personal touch in study administration is payment of study stipends to qualified participants at the time of the completed study visit.

3. Quality in Practice
At Novara, we understand study sponsors need clean, accurate, reliable data. Our physician-investigators conduct data quality reviews within 48 hours of every completed study visit. Sponsor monitors can be assured our investigators are closely involved with the study, are knowledgeable of all data collection instruments and have personally reviewed all study data. This practice increases monitoring productivity and reduces back-end data clarification.

4. Community Outreach
Novara has developed a program for community outreach and health screenings. We regularly attend community events to provide free, non-invasive health screenings. We also provide limited, in-office health examinations. We are committed to the East Valley community and enjoy the events as an opportunity to get to know our neighbors and learn about their health questions and concerns.
